We understand that discreet shipping and billing is of the utmost importance to our customers.  Every order that we ship is packaged in a plain brown box, with absolutely nothing that could identify its contents.  The “ship from” name will appear as 7777558 Canada Inc., there will be absolutely no reference to Sexplore Adult Toys.

Order Processing

Since we stock the items that appear on our site, there are no delays in shipping.  We will turn your order over to a Canada Post outlet within 24 hours of receipt.  In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, it should be indicated as such in the products description.

Sexplore Adult Toys understands that your privacy and security is of the utmost importance.  We do not sell or distribute any of your information.   Your e-mail address will be used to communicate with you strictly in regards to your purchase.  We will not send you promotional or unrelated information, unless specifically requested by you.  Your personal information will never be used for any other purpose without your consent.

 

Returns Policy


Due to the intimate nature of the items available on our website, we will not be able to exchange or return items unless they are determined by us to be defective.  Any item that is designed to come in contact with the body, once shipped is non-returnable.  For this reason, all items that require batteries are tested twice, once when we receive them and again before we ship them.  

 

If upon receipt you do experience a problem with an item, please contact us immediately. If an item is to be returned, we will give you an RA (return authorization) number, and will advise you as to how to return it.  Just write us a quick note quoting the RA number and return it with the item, as we cannot accept any return without an RA number.  If we determine that a returned item is defective, we will replace it with an identical item if available, if that item is no longer available we will contact you. We will promptly ship you the replacement item at no charge.  Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to you at your expense.  All items returned must be sent to us with all original packaging, and must include all accessories and instructions etc.

 

Any package returned to us by Canada Post as unclaimed, or because you incorrectly supplied an address, will be subject to an additional shipping charge.
